2,500 people visit the winery located in the second largest wine region in the country during the first week of opening
The Valdemar Estates winery, owned by the Valdemar family, has received more than 2,500 people during the first week of the public presentation of the first non-American winery in the Walla Walla area.
Although the official opening will take place in the last quarter of this year, Valdemar has already received the first visitors in April.
As the family has pointed out, “it is very satisfying to see the interest we have awakened in the region and to see how we have been welcomed among the wineries in the area. Without a doubt, all the effort we have made has been worth it”. The knowledge of the area has led the Valdemar family, siblings Ana and Jesús, together with their father Jesús, to start this adventure in the second most prestigious wine region in the country, after California, with 900 wineries and more than 50,000 hectares.
