Wine in Moderation is a unique coalition of responsible organizations in the wine world that believe in a sustainable wine culture.
This is a program launched in 2008 by the European wine sector to demonstrate its social responsibility to European authorities in the fight against alcohol abuse and its harmful effects on society.
The program is managed at the European level by the WiM association, based in Brussels, and coordinated at the national level by various industry associations representing the sector.
In Spain, the FEV is responsible for promoting the Wine in Moderation responsible consumption program in the sector, disseminating it among wineries and other stakeholders in the sector to ensure their involvement, and designing actions to promote moderate wine consumption that comply with the values and objectives of this program.
