One of the most significant vineyards in which the Valdemar family has invested is Eventide.
Facing northeast, the vineyard slopes gently and is located at an altitude ranging from 900 to 1,250 feet.
The respect for the land and the care for the vineyard has remained one of the family’s values. This has been embodied in this vineyard, in which meticulous work in the field has been developed to produce exceptional wines where the most prestigious Cabernet Sauvignon of Valdemar Estates is currently produced.
