Wine Enthusiast highlights Valdemar Estates founder in its “40 under 40” report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The specialised American magazine Wine Enthusiast<\/a><\/strong> has chosen Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez Bujanda, from Valdemar Estates in the USA, as one of the most influential personalities in the list of the 40 under 40 best \u201ctastemakers\u201d of wine and spirits. He thus becomes the only Spaniard to be chosen among this wine experts list.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jes\u00fas, based in Walla Walla since the foundation of the Valdemar Estates<\/a> winery, has developed a new winery concept in this appellation. He has also conceived a new line of Premium wines that is receiving recognition in the American market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez Bujanda<\/strong>, CEO & 5th generation owner of Valdemar Estates, acknowledged that “having been distinguished as the only Spaniard among the most important Tastemakers in the world is an award for our work.<\/strong> It is a recognition of the work we have been doing since our arrival in the US, which has been a very important professional and personal effort”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For her part, Ana Mart\u00ednez Bujanda<\/strong>, COO of Bodegas Valdemar<\/a> and Jes\u00fas’ sister, points out that “having part of the family in the USA is difficult, without a doubt, but this effort is now rewarded with this recognition that places my brother and our family among the best in the world and reaffirms the commitment we made in the USA”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
